Questions Submited by Users

Q: Is Rodney still involved with Megatokyo?

The simple Answer: No.

You will not see Rodney (Largo) posting on the forums or the rants of Megatokyo. Nor would you see it mentioned much on the site. However, fans are welcome to make comments and ask questions about my work.

Megatokyo will always be a part of my life, though it is no longer an active one. You will occasionally see me at conventions, sometimes as a guest, sometimes promoting other things.

Q: I heard you were some sort of Network Operations Guru, will you come run my Datacenter?

Depends, how deep are your pockets?

Q: Could you possibly place a section in your site that would teach us L33t Sp34k?

Rather than dedicating a section to a topic that has been covered already, here is a link to the BBC giving their take on the subject.

And honestly, once the the BBC tackles the subject, there's really nothing else you can add.

Q: How do you make a computer L33T?

The l33tness of the computer is based on how many after market parts you can cram into it. It's like comparing a stock Honda Accurd taken right off the lot to a riced out Accura with all the bells and whistles (spoiler, intake, blowout valve, v-tech engine sticker, attack light, underlight, new dash, etc), or you can just attach a flux capacitor to it fueled by Mr. Coffee. That's D4 l33t.

Note: this is answer is for nomenclature purposes only and should not be taken as a value judgement.

Q: Dude, why the hell are you not involved with writing Megatokyo anymore? Why did you and Fred split up?

Creative differences. I was creative, he was different.
