so this link from Gizmodo has the details about an iphone speculated to be the new iphone 4G was left at a pub by an apple employee.

Assuming this isn't an intentional leak by Apple or a hoax, I don't approve of Gizmodo's releasing the name of the employee who lost supposedly lost the device.

While I've seen every reaction in the spectrum directed to the employee at fault, I've seen far less people being critical of Apple itself for allowing their people to take their unreleased products outside the office prior to release.

I'm not suggesting Apple shouldn't let it's unreleased products into the wild, I'm just being critical of people who are quick to demonize the employee rather than the policy.

I've been neglecting posting blog entries as I've become more hooked into Facebook as of late, I was thinking I really should just link the two at some point and be done with it.

That was until someone pointed out to me that the users of facebook are not the customers, rather we are the product.

We are sold to the real customers, people who want to make money by spamming us their own products and services.
